Trays O'Reilly is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer experience innovation and operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Pfizer Connect at Pfizer since October 2021, Trays previously held a series of leadership roles at Comcast NBCUniversal, including Vice President 2 of Experience Innovation, where responsibilities included leading the Experience Innovation Lab and operationalizing the Xfinity Assistant AI platform. Other notable positions at Comcast included Vice President of Customer Experience and Vice President of National Sales Operations, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting large sales teams. Prior experience includes senior roles at Rogers Communications Inc., T-Mobile, Phone-paid Services Authority, and Telstra, where Trays contributed to the development and transformation of customer experience strategies and operations. Trays holds an MBA from Southern Cross University, completed the Design Thinking Bootcamp at Stanford University, and participated in the Women's Executive Leadership program at The Wharton School.
