Tristan Walters

Tristan Walters is an Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement Manager at Pfizer, where they lead a team of engineers and oversee Six Sigma training initiatives. They previously held positions as a Quality Engineer Investigator and an R&D Chemist, managing manufacturing investigations and development activities. Tristan has also contributed to research at the University of South Alabama and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, focusing on enzyme encapsulation and bacteriophage roles in carbon cycling, respectively. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Southwestern College in 2011.
