They have held significant leadership roles at Roche, Pfizer, and Merck, overseeing areas such as strategic planning, business development, and sales force effectiveness. Victor's educational background includes an Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, and they are currently pursuing an MBA at INCAE Business School.
