Victor Nelson

Victor Nelson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Sr. Director and External Supply BioTech Lead at Pfizer since January 2005. In this role, Victor leads strategic direction and accountability for the supply and financial performance of a specialized network of contract manufacturing organizations for large molecule drug substances and vaccines. Previous positions at Pfizer include Director of Brand Supply, overseeing global supply chains for oncology, and senior management roles focused on operations and lifecycle management for active pharmaceutical ingredients. Prior to Pfizer, experience at Bristol-Myers Squibb involved leading technical operations and project management for high-potency APIs. Academically, Victor holds an MBA, a PhD in Food Science and Technology, and a BSc in Food Chemistry, all obtained from University College Cork.
