Wendy Spader

Wendy Spader is currently the Director of Procedure & Process Design at Pfizer, following a decade of experience with the company, where they held roles such as Sr. Scientist and Training & Learning Specialist. Prior to their tenure at Pfizer, Wendy worked as a Nuclear Power Plant Operator at Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company. Wendy earned a Master of Business Administration in Lean Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of New Haven, along with an Associate of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Three Rivers Community-Technical College.
