Will Roff

Will Roff is currently an Area Business Manager Secondee at Pfizer Inflammation & Immunology, where they lead a high-performing team of sales professionals, oversee sales performance, and develop effective partnerships within the business landscape. Previously, Roff served as Deputy Group Commander of the 916th Maintenance Group, managing over 640 personnel, and held various leadership roles in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, overseeing significant operations and project management responsibilities. Roff also has a background in operations management as a Plant Manager at Blount Fine Foods, where they were responsible for high-volume production operations. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Rhode Island.
