Win Win Ng

Win Win Ng is the Director of Strategy and Operational Excellence for External Supply at Pfizer, where they devise and lead strategies to enhance operational capabilities. With over 17 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and business, Win Win has also served in various roles at MSD, including Senior Manager in Global Technical Operations, where they overseen API production and technical guidance. They completed a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and hold a Certificate of Business Excellence from Columbia Business School. Previously, they gained experience through internships at Shell Eastern Petroleum, GSK, and General Mills.
