Xueyi Lin is an Associate Director in Clinical Development for Oncology at Pfizer, where they drive global clinical strategies and focus on advancing late-phase trials through biomarker-driven approaches. With over 15 years of experience in oncology and immunology drug development, Xueyi previously served as Clinical Science Manager at Genentech and held an Associate Director position at Novartis, directing global clinical trial programs. Xueyi earned a Ph.D. in Pharmacology & Molecular Medicine from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed the Executive Education Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School. They are passionate about mentoring young professionals and fostering innovations that enhance patient outcomes in global healthcare.
