Yalei Chen

Yalei Chen is currently the Director of AI/ML Quantitative and Digital Sciences at Pfizer, where they lead the integration of digital health technologies, imaging, and advanced analytics in clinical trials. Previous roles include serving as an Assistant Scientist/Professor, where they developed deep learning applications for cancer image analysis and predictive modeling using electronic medical records. Yalei has also held positions at Henry Ford Health System, Nanjing University, and Penn State University, and earned a Ph.D. in Bioengineering and Cell and Developmental Biology, along with a Master's in Applied Statistics.
