Ying Lu

Ying Lu, Ph.D, is a marketing leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in product launches and brand management. Previously serving as Senior Director of Global Marketing Launch Excellence at Pfizer, Ying led significant initiatives in immuno-oncology and kidney cancer marketing. At Pfizer, they also managed the Prostate Cancer US Oncology Product Launch, where they developed and mentored a team of marketers. Prior to Pfizer, Ying worked as a Management Consultant at Bayer, focusing on commercial strategy in the pharma and consumer packaged goods sectors. Ying holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from Purdue University and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Missouri.
