Yue Yan

Yue Yan has extensive experience in compliance management across various leading organizations. Beginning with a role as Regional Compliance Manager at Johnson & Johnson, Yue progressed to positions at AkzoNobel and Zimmer Biomet, where key responsibilities included establishing compliance frameworks and addressing US Government inquiries on anti-corruption matters. At Herbalife, Yue built the China ethics and compliance program from scratch and served as both the China Ethics & Compliance Lead and subsequently the APAC Ethics & Compliance Lead, overseeing initiatives across 14 countries. Currently serving as Compliance Director at Pfizer, Yue leads a team of compliance professionals while supporting global initiatives. Yue holds an M.Sc. in Corporate Governance from The University of Birmingham and has completed a Mini-EMBA at China Europe International Business School.
