Zhengyan Kan

Zhengyan Kan has a strong background in computational biology with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. From May 2010 to May 2016, Zhengyan served as the Director of Computational Biology at Pfizer. Prior to this role, Zhengyan worked at Genentech as a Senior Principal Scientist from April 2006 to May 2010 and held the position of Senior Programmer Analyst at Merck from March 2002 to December 2005, where contributions to research and development were made. Zhengyan holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics and Computational Biology from Washington University in St. Louis, earned in December 2001, and a B.A. in Biochemistry from Rice University, completed in May 1996.
