Ajil P M is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Lead at PFS since March 2020, Ajil has a strong background in planning and collaboration, overseeing technology usage, and implementing agile methodologies. Prior roles include Senior Technical Lead at Morgan McKinley, where responsibilities included back-end development and stakeholder presentations, and Senior Software Engineer at Leniko Solutions. Ajil began the career as a Programmer, progressing through various roles in different companies, and holds an Engineer’s Degree in Information Technology from Marian College of Engineering, Kazhakkuttam, Thiruvananthapuram.
