Benjamin Wilcox is an experienced Site Reliability Engineer with a robust background in application operations and technical support. Currently employed at PG Forsta since January 2020, Benjamin previously held multiple roles at Act-On Software, Inc. from March 2012 to August 2019, including Tech Lead and Manager of Application Operations.
