Leeann H. has over a decade of experience in quality management and operations within the data analytics and survey administration sectors. Currently serving as Vendor Oversight & Quality Manager at PG Forsta since May 2021, previously Leeann held various roles at SPH Analytics from May 2014 to June 2021, including Operations Manager for both Vendor Oversight and Survey Administration, and Quality Supervisor, demonstrating a strong focus on quality monitoring and team leadership. Prior to SPH Analytics, Leeann worked as a Quality Monitor and CATI Interviewer at The Myers Group, where responsibilities included ensuring data integrity and coaching new hires. Leeann completed education at South Gwinnett High School from 2003 to 2007.
