Ubiracy Lima possesses extensive experience in electrical operations within the offshore and maritime industries. From March 1979 to March 2005, Ubiracy worked at Petrobras as Mestre de Eletrica e Operador de Utilidades III, focusing on utility plant operations and maintenance of electrical systems on semi-submersible platforms. Subsequently, Ubiracy held several key positions, including Supervisor de Eletrica II at MODEC International INC, overseeing electrical systems for FPSO units, and Senior Rig Electrician at Seadrill Americas, responsible for technical operations of the SS-78 unit. Ubiracy also served as a Senior Electric Technician at SAIPEM ENI IT, contributing to the electrical commissioning of the FPSO Cidade de Vitória in Dubai. Currently working as a Technical Consultant at PG Global since May 2012, Ubiracy provides consultancy in electrical maintenance for offshore units. Ubiracy holds dual degrees in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Pará.
