The PG1000 is a low light color cutting tool inspection machine designed for the repeatable precision inspection of various cutting tool geometries.  These include twist drills, step drills, form tools, reamers, taps and end mills.
By using a high-resolution camera and monitor we are able to bring a true high-resolution color tool image to you with four times the resolution of other tool inspection machines being sold today. 
The REAltime Cutting Tool InspectiON (REACTION) software makes tool inspections in real time, using scales, screen, edge detection, comparisons or .dxf file overlays in multiple colors on one scene. Repeat tool inspections by recalling saved inspection scenes, annotate the scene to make your own tool inspection documentation or save data to Excel. 
All systems are sold ready to use with standard V-block assemblies.  
Optional accessories are available. 
All machined PG1000’s components are made in the USA to PG Inspection Technologies specifications.  
Machine accuracy and repeatability is 5µ.
