Michelle Allard

Michelle Allard has extensive experience in various roles primarily focused on municipal solutions and software implementation. Currently serving as Directrice de solutions municipales and Product Owner at PG Solutions since February 2013, Michelle specializes in analyzing client needs, prioritizing developments, and providing guidance during client meetings. Prior experience includes roles such as Formatrice and Documentaliste at Les logiciels Premiere Ligne, where expertise in fire management software was utilized. At Multina, supervision of planning and purchasing departments was under Michelle's purview, along with managing technical data for MRP systems. Early career highlights include management positions at Le Domaine Charlevoix and real estate at Les Immeubles Charlevoix, complemented by entrepreneurial experience at Resto-Bar l'Oasis and Auberge Belle Plage. Michelle is currently pursuing a Certificat en administration at UQAM, alongside studies in Sciences Politiques at Université de Montréal.
