Mike Pugh

Mike Pugh is an operating executive with decades of success in high-growth, publicly traded tech companies. Currently, they serve as an Executive Coach at Radical Candor, working with global teams from leading organizations. Previously, they held positions at j2 Global, eFax, and RingCentral, where they contributed significantly to marketing, product development, and business growth. Pugh has co-founded the Santa Barbara Angel Alliance and currently serves on the board of PG Tech, applying their extensive expertise in the technology sector. They are pursuing multiple degrees, including a certificate in Conflict Resolution Consulting from Pepperdine University School of Law, a BS in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, and an MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
