PGA REACH is the 501(c)(3) charitable foundation of the PGA of America and headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.  

The mission of PGA REACH is to positively impact lives by enabling access to PGA Professionals, the 41 PGA Sections nationwide and the game of golf.  PGA REACH pursues this mission daily with three core pillars: 1.) Youth, 2.) Military and 3.) Inclusion.  Each of PGA REACH’s three pillars also involve a flagship program.  These programs consist of PGA Jr. League Golf, PGA HOPE and PGA WORKS. 

PGA Jr. League Golf is for girls and boys ages 13 and under and serves as a team-based introduction to golf.  PGA Jr. League is produced in a relaxed atmosphere where friends play in a scramble format while wearing jerseys.  

PGA HOPE is a rehabilitative program designed to introduce golf to Veterans with disabilities in order to enhance their physical, mental, social and emotional well-being.  HOPE is an acronym for Helping Our Patriots Everywhere.

PGA WORKS is a workforce diversification strategic initiative designed to evolve the demographic composition of the golf industry workforce and develop a robust pool of talent from diverse backgrounds who are prepared to ascend to key employment positions in the business of golf.

Career exploration events such as Beyond the Green
PGA REACH Trustees are an advisory group that assists with strategy, fundraising, and overall program support at the national level.  These women and men are a diverse set of individuals who share a mutual passion for the PGA REACH mission, and help steer overall foundation direction while serving as ambassadors on multiple levels.
