Collette MacOn

Collette Macon is an experienced professional in yield management and inventory analysis, currently serving as the Director of Yield & Inventory Management at PGA TOUR since July 2023. Prior to this role, Collette worked at Rakuten Advertising from July 2018 to May 2023, advancing from Senior Manager to Manager and finally to Senior Analyst, leading teams to enhance revenue through strategic insights and reporting. Collette's earlier experience includes over eight years at Triad Retail Media, where Collette held multiple positions culminating in Director of Yield Management, focusing on maximizing sales for retail publishers. Collette also gained foundational experience in digital media at WTSP-TV, where duties included managing campaigns and supporting sales operations. Collette holds a Master's degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Winthrop University.
