Eric Butcher

Eric Butcher is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as Chef Director at PGA TOUR since October 2020, Eric previously held the role of Chef Director and Culinary Specialist at Roland Foods, LLC, where responsibilities included brand recognition and customer training from March 2017 to September 2020. Prior to that, Eric was the Executive Chef at Serenata Beach Club, focusing on menu development and event management from June 2013 to March 2017. Earlier positions include Chef De Cuisine at Deerwood Country Club and Lead Line Cook at Sawgrass Country Club. Educational qualifications include a degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management from First Coast Technical College and Florida State College at Jacksonville.
