Lea Osol

Lea Osol is an accomplished professional in the fields of licensing and merchandising, with significant experience at the PGA TOUR as Vice President and previously as Senior Director of Merchandising from September 2019 to April 2025. Prior to this role, Osol worked as a Sales and Branding Consultant as a self-employed contractor from November 2015 to September 2019, and held the position of VP Sales and Merchandising at The Levy Group in 2018. Osol also served as Director of Sales for Girls' clothing at ONE Jeanswear Group and as Sales Manager for Dresses and Suit Separates at Jones New York. Osol holds a BS in Apparel Merchandising and Women's Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master’s Degree in Fashion Marketing and Merchandising from Polimoda.
