Tyler Nelson

Tyler Nelson is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in fixed assets, cost accounting, and financial management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Fixed Assets & Cost Accounting at PGA TOUR since March 2016, Tyler oversees capital spending and depreciation budgets while ensuring compliance with internal policies. Previously held various managerial roles at Southeastern Grocers from January 1999 to October 2015, including Capital Assets & Lease Accounting Manager, General Accounting Supervisor, and Accounts Receivable Senior Accountant, where responsibilities included staff management, training, and significant financial oversight, such as handling multi-million dollar tax returns. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida State University.
