Jacki Hinson

Jacki Hinson has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1990. Jacki began their career at PGBA, LLC / BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, where they served as a Customer Service Representative, handling telephone and written inquiries related to claims processing for military dependents. Jacki then moved on to become a Customer Service Supervisor, overseeing a team of associates and ensuring adequate staffing and development. Additionally, they worked as a Project Coordinator, collaborating with a prime contractor and providing training and support for claims processing and customer service functions.

In 1996, Jacki transitioned into a Manager role at PGBA, managing a team responsible for TRICARE Provider File Operations and Reimbursement. Jacki supervised approximately 20 associates and handled tasks such as file maintenance, network pricing, and auditing.

Later, they joined PGBA as the Director of Operations, where they led a team of approximately 60 associates and provided support to exempt management. Jacki oversaw daily operations of Claims Processing and Customer Service teams, as well as directed facility claims and various project level efforts related to DRG, OPPS, HHA-PPS, SNF-PPS, and Hospice.

Currently, Jacki holds the position of Director of System Support at PGBA, where they continue to provide leadership and support to exempt management and roughly 40 associates. Jacki'sresponsibilities include overseeing daily operations of government change order implementation and technical support, as well as implementing TRICARE Reimbursement updates and managing various project level efforts.

Jacki Hinson obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology with minors in Math and Computer Science from Francis Marion University from 1988 to 1992. Later, they pursued a Masters of Science in Management (M.S.M) degree from Troy University from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they received a Certificate of Middle Management from the University of South Carolina, Moore School of Business, although the specific month of obtaining this certification is not provided.
