Steve Watts

Steve Watts is the Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Glazing Contractors, overseeing Shop, Field, Project Management, Drafting, Engineering, and Purchasing. They have more than 40 years of experience in the glass and glazing industry and specialize in custom curtain wall, panel systems, and point-supported systems. They previously served as Project Manager at C/S Erectors (1995–2001) and held leadership roles at Walters & Wolf (2000–2018), including Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, where they were responsible for P&L for a $200M division and led lean manufacturing initiatives, cross-functional teams, and the development of a web-based production and manpower planning system. Earlier in their career, they were Project Manager at Midwest Plate Glass (1989–1995) and Cobbledick Kibbe (1981–1989), and they attended West Valley College from 1982 to 1985.
