Allison Neves

Allison Neves, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Benefits at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since February 2006. In this role, Allison leads the design, implementation, and administration of health, welfare, and retirement programs while ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with organizational objectives. Previous positions at PG&E include Director of HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner for Safety & Shared Services, Human Resources Chief of Staff, Integrated Disability Manager, HR Supervisor, and Senior Staffing Consultant. Allison began the HR career as a Senior Human Resources Assistant and holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from California State University, Chico.
