Andrea Schumer

Andrea Schumer is a seasoned professional in energy efficiency and customer relations, currently serving as a Principal Product Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since January 2009. In this role, Andrea assists local government customers, including cities, schools, and counties, with their energy efficiency projects and sustainability initiatives. Prior to this, Andrea worked as an Energy Efficiency Consultant at Monterey Lighting Solutions, Inc., advising companies on energy savings through lighting retrofits, and held various roles, including Customer Relationship Manager and Sr Energy Efficiency Specialist, focusing on energy efficient practices and client engagement. Andrea's early career includes a position as Senior Consultant at Ricoh Business Systems, where significant sales and contract negotiations were conducted with national accounts. Andrea holds a B.A. Degree in Economics, International Relations & Business, with a focus on German Foreign Policy and Language from the University of Colorado Boulder and has further education from the University of Bonn and the University of Regensburg.
