Daphne Pearson is an experienced communication and marketing professional with a strong background in change management and strategic communication. Currently serving as Principal Change Management Manager and Principal Communication Representative at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since August 2013, Daphne leads communication initiatives that transform organizational culture and engages over 40,000 employees and contractors through various marketing campaigns and events.
