Dave K. has extensive experience in information technology, including system administration, IT operations, and security across various industries. At Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory from August 2019 to July 2023, Dave managed the IT service request process using ServiceNow and oversaw enterprise Windows systems within Amazon Web Services and a VMWare environment. Prior roles include serving as an Information Technology Specialist at IBM and leading IT operations at San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency during significant cybersecurity incidents. Dave's expertise further extends to managing infrastructure and security systems at Southern California Edison, as well as desktop support at IBM. Currently, Dave works at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, focusing on Microsoft Office 365 security and compliance. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from California State University, Chico.
