David Farris

David Farris is an experienced leader in utility customer service, billing, and collections. Currently serving as the Director of Billing Modernization at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, they have previously held roles such as Senior Manager of Customer Care at AES Indiana and Manager of Customer Billing & Credit at Indianapolis Power & Light Company. David also managed Billing & Enrollment at Indiana University Health and worked at The AES Corporation in multiple customer billing and revenue support positions. They are pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at Indiana State University.
