Denise Floyd is a skilled Attorney and leader with over 18 years of experience in labor relations and complex negotiations. Currently serving as the Interim Director of Labor Relations at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Denise leads a team managing labor relations for a workforce of over 15,000 represented employees. Previously, as the Manager of Labor Relations at USS-Posco Industries, Denise successfully handled collective bargaining agreements and resolved various labor disputes while implementing strategies that resulted in significant cost savings for the company. Denise is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Larry H. Layton School of Law.
