Edwin Collyer

Edwin Collyer, PE is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently employed by Pacific Gas and Electric Company since December 2010, Edwin has held multiple roles, including Corrosion Engineer and Senior Mechanical Engineer, and focuses on mechanical vibration and acoustics within the Applied Technology Services division. Prior to his tenure at PG&E, Edwin worked as a Wind Engineer at Naturener USA, where responsibilities included wind resource assessment and power production estimations. Edwin holds a Master’s of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Chico, and is on track to achieve Professional Mechanical Engineer status within the year.
