Greg Downs

Greg Downs, MBA, PMP, is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Manager of Performance Measurement & Reporting at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since June 2017. In this role, Greg oversees the annual planning process, focusing on financial metrics, goals, and regulatory compliance for the company's executive team. Prior to this, Greg held several positions within PG&E, including Manager of Gas Governance & Change Control, where a significant transformation of change control software occurred, and Supervisor roles in both Gas Governance Controls & Metrics and Project Controls. Previous experience includes consulting with G2 Integrated Solutions on a $350M gas transmission project and directing program management for Blue Mountain Homes' National Flip Home program. Greg began a career in the luthier trade at Jordan Electric & Jordan Music, where improvements in production efficiency were achieved. Greg holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco and a BS in Economics from San José State University, complemented by leadership training from Dale Carnegie Training.
