Greg Rybka is the Principal Strategy & Policy Analyst at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where they have been since 2022. They previously held multiple positions within the organization, including Expert Energy Markets & Policy Analyst and Senior Policy & Market Design Analyst. With experience as a Principal Research Associate at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and a Senior Project Engineer & Policy Analyst at Nexant, Rybka has a robust background in energy policy and research. They also earned a Master’s Degree from the University of California, Berkeley, alongside dual Bachelor’s Degrees from Penn State University.
