Heather Rock is a senior strategy and sustainability executive with over 19 years of leadership experience in the energy sector, encompassing infrastructure planning, public-private partnerships, and regulatory policy. Previously, Heather held roles at the Eurasia Group, Chevron, and the Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where they successfully led multi-billion-dollar initiatives for climate policy, grid modernization, and decarbonization.
