James Wiggins

James Wiggins, MBA, is an experienced project and portfolio manager currently serving as an Expert Project Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where responsibilities include defining multi-million dollar project scopes and employing various project management methodologies. Prior to this, James founded Twice Cold LLC, an ice vending business, and held leadership roles in information technology at Berkeley Electric Cooperative, GreyStone Power Corporation, and Coastal Electric Cooperative. An educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Mercer University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Valdosta State University.
