James Wood

James Wood is an accomplished process improvement professional with extensive experience in the consumer electronics and healthcare industries. Currently serving as the Enterprise Corrective Action Program Cause Evaluation Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, they lead a team responsible for governance of the cause evaluation program. Previously, James held various project management roles, notably at Cigna and Evolent Health, where they significantly improved data accuracy and operational efficiency. They also have a strong background in training, developing change agents in Lean Six Sigma methodologies while working at LG Electronics. James holds an MBA in International Business from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor's degree in Korean from Brigham Young University.
