Jessy Keiser

Jessy Keiser is an Organization Development and Transformational Change Leader with over 20 years of experience in enhancing the performance of enterprises, organizations, and communities. They have served in various roles, including UCPath Change Lead at the University of California, Berkeley, and Organization Readiness Lead at Core-Mark International, focusing on strategic planning and large-scale change initiatives. Jessy currently holds the position of President of the Board of Directors at The Norma J. Morris Center and has also taught organizational behavior as a Practitioner Faculty at the University of Phoenix. They are pursuing a BA in Psychology & Social Relations from Harvard University while having earned an MS in Human Resource and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.
