Joseph O'Neil is an ISA Certified Arborist and Utility Specialist with extensive experience in the field of arboriculture. They began their career as a Horticulturist at Mendons Nursery from 1986 to 1996, then served as a Consulting Utility Arborist at Environmental Consultants (ECI) from 1996 to 2004, and continued in that role at California Forestry and Vegetation Management Inc from 2004 to 2023. Currently, Joseph works as the VM Quality Assurance Performance Program Manager for Pacific Gas and Electric Company since 2023. They are also pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in General Education and Horticulture at American River College and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts at California State University-Chico.
