Josh Keene is currently the Director of Planning & Improvement at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where they focus on Electric Operations Quality Management. Previously, they served in multiple leadership roles at PG&E, including Supervisor of Vegetation Management Field Quality Control and Director of Quality Assurance, managing teams and ensuring compliance across various projects. Josh has also held positions at Davey Resource Group, Inc., where they led disaster response efforts and provided expert recommendations on utility projects. They began their career in utility vegetation management with Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC, where they advanced from Climber to General Foreman, overseeing emergency storm response operations.
