Joy Murphy

Joy Murphy is a Principal People Partner at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, bringing over 20 years of professional human resources advisory experience. Previously, they served as the Director of the NASA California Human Resources Office and held leadership roles at NASA Ames Research Center, including Deputy Director of the Office of Human Capital. Joy earned a degree in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and has dedicated a decade to managing human resources for a major science and technology research center.
