Justin Real

Justin Real has a background in workforce development, human resources, and community relations, with experience spanning various roles in both governmental and corporate sectors. Previously, they served as a Congressional Liaison for the Democratic National Committee and as an Administrative Aide to the City Council in Richmond. Justin also held the position of Community Services Manager in Berkeley, where they focused on employment programs and workforce planning. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a contractor and Government Affairs Representative at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where they handled government relations and public affairs. Currently, Justin is the Principal Program Manager at PG&E, overseeing the PowerPathway Program and focusing on workforce development, diversity, equity, and inclusion. They hold a degree in Planning, Public Policy and Management from the University of Oregon.
