Lucy Morris, Ph.D., has extensive experience in energy policy and analysis, currently serving as a Principal Analyst at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) since May 2012. Throughout the tenure at PG&E, Lucy has held various titles, including Expert Policy Analyst for Energy Efficiency, Supervisor in Evaluation, Measurement, and Verification (EM&V), and several strategic analyst roles.
