Mark Wiebe, PE, has a robust background in civil engineering with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Field Engineer at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since April 2021, Mark previously held the role of Engineer III at Granite Construction from June 2016 to April 2021. Earlier in the career, Mark was an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Advanced Transportation Infrastructure Research Center, focusing on asphalt and concrete design and innovation. Mark’s foundational skills were developed as a Tile Setter for Aluffi Tile and Natural Stone, where responsibilities included the design and installation of tile and stone for residential projects. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering from Cabrillo College.
