Mary Bianchini

Mary Bianchini is an accomplished Governance and Securities Counsel and Corporate Secretary with extensive experience in the legal field. From 2006 to 2023, they served as Managing Director, Deputy General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at MUFG Union Bank, N.A., where they progressed from Senior Counsel. Prior to this role, Mary was a Senior Counsel at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP from 1996 to 2005. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Corporate Governance, Assistant Corporate Secretary, and Managing Counsel at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, while also pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) at Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Comparative Literature at the University of California, Berkeley.
