Matthew Herlocker

Matthew Herlocker, M.Ed., CEM, CBCP, currently serves as a Senior Emergency Management Specialist at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, providing leadership in emergency management and disaster recovery services. With over 25 years of experience, Matthew has held roles as a Director of Emergency Management at APTIM and Associate Managing Director at Witt O'Brien's. They also work as a Principal at Delta Emergency Management Group since 2011. Matthew's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Cross-Cultural Teaching from National University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from California State University, Chico.
