Matthew Plummer

Matthew Plummer is currently the Director of FERC and ISO Relations. They have held various roles in the energy sector, including positions at Pacific Gas and Electric Company as a State Agency Representative and at LSA Associates, Inc. as an Assistant Planner. Matthew's experience also includes serving as a Project Manager for CENIC and the K20 CA Ed Tech Collaborative and as a Legislative Assistant for the Office of Assemblymember Anthony J. Portantino. They earned a B.A. in Government and a Joint Degree in City and Regional Planning and Transportation Engineering from California State University-Sacramento and California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, respectively, along with a Master of Public Administration from California State University-Sacramento's Capital Fellows Program.
