Michael Hulbert

Michael Hulbert, PMP, serves as the Project Management Supervisor for Hydro Generation at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, leading a team of 12 project managers across over 220 capital projects within a major hydroelectric system. Prior roles include Project Manager and Senior Project Management Analyst, focusing on large capital projects and stakeholder management throughout the project life cycle. Additionally, Michael holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Camp Timberwolf, overseeing repairs, construction, and volunteer coordination for a wilderness camp. As the owner of MWH DESIGN, a fully licensed electrical contracting business, Michael has completed various residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Earlier experience includes a Manager Trainee role at Consolidated Electrical Distributors, where significant merchandising and marketing improvements were implemented. Michael earned a BS in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, and an Associate degree in Outdoor Recreation Leadership from Feather River Community College District.
