Michael Pierce is an experienced manager and financial engineer with a robust background in product development and analytics. Currently serving as a Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since May 2016, Michael previously held the positions of COO and Head of Product Development at Athos Risk from April 2014 to May 2016, and Director of Financial Engineering at NQuantX LLC from November 2008 to March 2014. Michael's earlier career included roles as Lead Analytic Developer at Platts and Senior Financial Engineer at Financial Engineering Associates, an MSCI Barra company. Michael earned both a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, along with a minor in Physics, from the University of California, Berkeley.
